Hi, I’m Kerry, the only legal educator and template guru with a law degree from Columbia Law School in my back-pocket (and an Irish Wolfhound under my desk).
I believe businesses should have strong legal foundations and that their founders shouldn’t have to choose among complete overwhelm, sky-high prices, and copy&pasted legal docs. In my world, entrepreneurs get to focus on their creative gifts and growing profits, all while sleeping the sound sleep of CEOs who TCB (A little Aretha is always a good thing).
How did I get here? Well, I am chronic achiever just like you. I started my first job (hello, office overlooking Hyde Park!) and missed the unparalleled high of helping people chase their dreams. So I pivoted my career to education and started my first business. I couldn’t believe how much legal was entangled with biz-building and counted my lucky stars that I had the degree to sort it all out. After watching friends and family encounter similar struggles, I realized that my background was a blessing and I set about dreaming up a way to share my skills with others.
Today, after gallons of iced coffee and weeks with my trusty contracts textbook, I put my legal nerd tendencies to work drafting high-quality, easy-to-use, sanity-saving legal templates to give entrepreneurs the cheat codes to building legally strong businesses with no stress and on a budget that works for their business.
